Trusted Therapy Staffing Solutions for Quality Patient Care
Options for Referrals LLC is a staffing registry. We specialize in recruiting and referring therapists and therapy assistants to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy to patients under a medical doctor’s care. We are part of the subacute care rehabilitation team and partner with numerous home health agencies in Southern California. Our therapists undergo the same scrutiny used by home healthcare systems nationwide. We do license authentication, background checks, credential verification,and auto insurance confirmations. We check on the work references provided;all providers generally have at least more than two years of experience when they join us. A comprehensive online orientation is also completed. Initial competency and annual reports of the therapists and initial competency with yearly reviewsare done for therapy assistants for quality assurance of all services provided.
We take care of everything – From the hiring process and background checks, to completing federal and state regulated documentation necessary for admission and discharge to home health care. We also guarantee that patients are seen within 48 hours of referral.

Three decades of dedication and experience in rehabilitation make Vazira Kanga the driving force behind OFR, an organization that specializes in providing home based physical, occupational and speech therapy to various home health agencies in Southern California.
As the Chief Executive Officer, her vast experience helps her manage a 70 plus clinician driven practice.
